EDI is a property development and investment business based in Edinburgh.
Established in 1988 by the City of Edinburgh Council, EDI is a private company, owned by the council and run as an arms-length operation.
Over the past 24 years we have managed property assets, developed land and property on our own or through joint ventures with developers, landowners, local authorities and other public sector bodies.
Current projects include Brunstane & Newcraighall and Fountain Quay in Edinburgh.
We undertake regeneration projects and, together with the City of Edinburgh Council, we are redeveloping Craigmillar through PARC Craigmillar Limited, one of Scotland’s Urban Regeneration Companies.
