Bell’s Mills Show Apartment Has Natural Appeal

A stunning show apartment has opened its doors at Bell’s Mills in Edinburgh’s picturesque Dean Village, to showcase the two and three bedroom apartments for sale at the development.

Bell’s Mills is a development of 24 new-build apartments alongside an historic house, by BUREDI, the joint venture between The Burrell Company and The EDI Group, working with residential developers New City Vision (NCV). It’s already proved popular with home buyers looking for a property near the city centre.

The contemporary show apartment takes its inspiration from the leafy, peaceful surroundings of the Water of Leith. Bespoke furniture and artwork have been selected for the flat, to inspire prospective buyers.

Acting Chief Executive of EDI, and Chair of BUREDI, John Mark Di Ciacca, said:

“BUREDI is renowned for its work to sensitively develop and preserve historic areas within Edinburgh and this is another superb example of this. This development has already proved popular since its launch and we expect the show apartment to generate further interest from people looking for a high-quality, contemporary home that’s a stone’s throw from the city centre.”

The Show Apartment and Marketing Suite – which is based within the neighbouring Bell’s Mills House - are both open from Thursday and Monday 12 to 5 p.m. Bells Mills House itself is also for sale. For further information call selling agents Rettie and Company on 0131 332 9133 or visit www.bellsmills.co.uk
