EDI's first development project remains its largest. Over the last 20 years, a site of nearly 150 acres on the west side of the city, has been transformed into "one of the best business parks in Europe" (British Council for Offices).

Edinburgh Park is now home to several of the country's FTSE 100 companies, providing them with modern office accommodation and excellent transport links, a pleasant and stimulating working environment and high quality architecture and landscaping.

These qualities are integral to many of our subsequent projects reflecting the company's philosophy of delivering environmental, architectural and economic benefits through our developments which include:

• industrial units
• commercial offices
• shops and restaurants
• buildings for community use, and even parks.

Our current programme is balanced between residential development and commercial development, particularly where this is part of a mixed use scheme.
