EDI has never been a developer concerned with one sector to the exclusion of all others. Rather than be driven by sector, the company has always been driven by the characteristics of the location; committed to making the best use of the site and delivering the right response to the opportunity.

As a result of this approach - and because of EDI's commitment to creating environments where people can live, work and enjoy themselves - many of our projects over the last 20 years have been mixed use, incorporating residential, offices and commercial space.
