Bells Mills, Edinburgh
This development consists of 24 new build residential units with associated car parking together with the refurbishment of the adjoining Bells Mills House.
Designed by Farningham McCreadie Partnership this development of one and two bedroom apartments arranged across three blocks, over looks the Water of Leith on a site formerly occupied by Edinburgh's largest mill.
The refurbishment of Bells Mills House is now complete. Following the grant of Planning permission in January 2005 the new build element commenced on site in October 2006 and is due for completion in June 2008.
The delivery vehicle is Buredi Ltd a joint venture between EDI and The Burrell Company.
