Starlaw Park, Livingston
This project is based on a rolling programme to provide four advanced factory units extending to 11,152 sq m (120,000 sq ft) at Starlaw Park, Livingston.
Two units have been completed with the first let to Kymata, a subsidiary of Alcatel, whilst the second has secured FST Technologies Ltd as a tenant. Edinburgh Industrial Estates followed this with a pre-letting with McRae's of Edinburgh on a 64,000 sq ft smoked salmon processing factory.
The building was sold in 2007.
