A1 Industrial Park, Portobello, Edinburgh
A1 is a speculative scheme developed in four phases, situated to the South East of the city and provides 111,000 sq ft of much needed modern industrial space. The final phase was completed in 2007 and the park has attracted a number of quality tenants including Scottish Widows, Worlsley and Thus Plc.
A1 has been sold as an investment to Standard Life Investments acting on behalf of the Lothian Pension Fund.
Delivery vehicle was EIEL, a joint venture between the EDI Industrial Limited and J Smart & Co. Plc.
