Overlooking the Water of Leith this mixed residential and commercial development has provided a new landmark on The Shore at Leith.
The result of an international competition won by Allan Murray Architects, the award winning scheme comprises 30 residential units from 1 bedroom studios to luxury penthouses, together with retail and office spaces on the ground and first floors.
Completed in 2001 the building was developed by Buredi Ltd, a joint venture between The Burrell Company and The EDI Group.
