Designed by Allan Murray Architects this scheme comprises of 32 one and two bedroon apartments, 3 penthouses and 4 affordable units with undercroft car parking and is part of the Coalhill Regeneration Initiative. This project in conjunction with Dunedin Canmore Housing Association and the City of Edinburgh Housing Department contributes to the wider objectives of providing a variety of accommodation of mixed tenure across Edinburgh.
Planning for the scheme was awarded in February 2005. Following the diversion of a gas main and sewer the main contract commenced in March 2006 and was completed in late 2007.
The delivery vehicle was Buredi Ltd a joint venture between EDI and The Burrell Company.
