Tron Square, Old Fishmarket Close, Edinburgh
This development formed Phase One of the Tron Square regeneration. The scheme, designed by Richard Murphy Architects, comprises office space and a café with 24 residential properties above.
The project has received the following awards: Scottish Design Awards Best Regeneration Project, Saltire Award for Housing Design 2004, Residential Award for Excellence and Best Mixed use Scheme in Britain by NHBC & Daily Mail 2005.
The development completed in February 2004 and is now fully occupied.
