Greyfriars Hostel, Edinburgh
The conversion and extension of an existing hostel to provide 21 residential units adjacent to Edinburgh's Grassmarket. Designed by Lee Boyd Ltd, the project was completed in 2005.
The delivery vehicle was Buredi Ltd a joint venture between EDI and The Burrell Company.
