Kyleshill is a 10,000 sq ft speculative office scheme which was developed with assistance from the European Region Development Fund.

Economic research has suggested that there was an opportunity for call centre operators to decentralise from major towns and cities where staff quality and retention levels were becoming problematic. This research also showed that there was a significant pool of suitable labour within the Saltcoats/Ardrossan area.

The building was eventually let to Wescot Credit Services who have subsequently confirmed that there staff quality and turn over levels have exceeded their expectations.

The delivery vehicle was North Ayrshire Ventures Limited a joint venture between The EDI Group Limited and the North Ayrshire Council.
