Pentland Gait is one of EDI's ealier projects. It is situated on the western periphery of Edinburgh and is in very close proximity to Edinburgh Park and benefits from excellent transportation links.
This was a major office development comprising three high quality office pavilion buildings - Calder House, Currie House and Heriot House.
Before the development could be activated significant expenditure had to be incurred, removing a main electricity pylon and re-routing the power cables underground:- thus bringing into use a site which had previously been sterilsed.
The offices are let to the strong covenants of Sykes Global Services Ltd, Scottish Water and Capital Bank Plc.
Pentland Gait was sold in 2006 to a consortium of Irish investors.
