Ardrossan Harbour Road Health Centre
A detailed planning application has been lodged for a £5 million 12,000 sq ft health centre in Ardrossan which will include both a GP and Dental Surgery.
The scheme aims to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating, the first such in the healthcare sector in Scotland. A start on site is anticipated in Autumn 2008.
The delivery vehicle is North Ayrshire Ventures Limited (NAV), a joint venture between the EDI Group Limited and North Ayrshire Council. NAV is an approved operator for NHS Ayshire and Arran.
