Peffermill Industrial Estate
Peffermill is a small unit industrial estate totalling 75,000 sq ft originally developed by SDA in the 1980’s.
When EDI purchased the estate in 1995 it was run down with a high vacancy rate and short-term tenancies. Through a mixture of active asset management and direct investment, vacancy rates have dropped, lease lengths increased, significant rental growth has been achieved and the economic lifespan of the estate enhanced.
