Dublin Street Colonies, Edinburgh
The result of an architectural competition and a RIBA award winner, this low rise inner city residential development, designed by Richard Murphy Architects included 22 apartments and 6 houses. This development completed in 1999.
The delivery vehicle was Dublin Street Developments Limited a joint venture between The Burrell Company and the EDI Group Limited. This successful partnership grew to form the joint venture company, Buredi.
