Jeremy Balfour is 40 years old and married to Jude.  He was born and brought up in Edinburgh and has spent most of his life living in the city.  Jeremy is a qualified solicitor and an ordained church minister.  Jeremy was elected to the Council in November 2005 and was re-elected to represent the Corstorphine/Murrayfield Ward in May 2007. As well as being a Councillor he is part-time church minister and is involved in a number of charities.  He enjoys reading, travelling and eating out.
