Investment Property Manager

David is responsible for the company’s investment properties which now extend to over 32,500 sq m (350,000 sq ft) and are valued at over £80,000,000. He is involved in all aspects of the management of the portfolio, from lettings and rent reviews to active asset management to increase both the rental and capital value of the estate. David also has responsibility for sourcing new investment opportunities where EDI can utilise its skills to add value.

Prior to joining the company, David worked in a range of organisations as diverse as the Scottish Development Agency, Bass Taverns and CGNU, but always specialising in Asset Management.

David is married with three small children, who take up the majority of his time outwith work, but in his spare time he is a keen reader and musician.
