Senior Development Surveyor
Neil joined EDI in 2006 as a senior development surveyor responsible for managing the development process from acquisition, team appointment, financing and planning through to marketing and sales. A specialist in mixed use Neil is working on speculative offices, a hotel and health care facilities. Neil is a director of some of EDI's wholly owned subsidiary vehicles including Gyle Development Limited, New Laurieston Limited and he is also on the Board of North Ayrshire Ventures, a joint venture vehicle with North Ayrshire Council.
Neil was formerly employed with Welbeck Land owned by one of the UK’s wealthiest families the Howard De Walden Estate and has worked on award winning schemes throughout the UK including notably- Sedley Place Oxford St London, Jubilee St Brighton and Cloth Hall St Leeds.
