Liz joined EDI in July 1999 (having tested out the water temping first) as Property Team Secretary and was appointed to her current post in May 2001.

Prior to Joining EDI, based in London, Liz's career was concentrated in the export sector. Fluent in French and Russian, she worked with a number of companies exporting a variety of goods from bread mixes to crucibles to Eastern Europe but as the companies had a tendency to go bust, she returned to Edinburgh in 1999.
