Sales and Marketing Manager

Jim joined EDI in 2005 as Sales and Marketing Manager. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and marketing process for EDI private housing sites with particular emphasis on the Craigmillar Regeneration Project where approximately 3,200 units will be built over the next 10 years in a joint venture between EDI and City of Edinburgh Council.

Jim has over 25 years experience working in the industry both at Senior Management and Director level, and has worked for major national house builders both in Scotland and England. He graduated from Paisley with a BSC in Civil Engineering and has worked as an engineer on various interesting projects such as the Liverpool Garden Festival and the Aughinish Alumini Plant on the River Shannon, Southern Ireland.

With a keen interest in football, Jim is married to Jackie whom he met on one of his earlier visits to the South East of England and has two boys Sean and Adam, who both share his love of the ‘beautiful game’.
