Kuan Loh
Development Manager
Qualified as an architect, Kuan has worked with architectural practices both in Sydney and Edinburgh during the early part of her career.
Kuan joined EDI in April 2005, and has worked on a number of residential and non-residential developments for EDI and its joint-venture companies. Her current portfolio includes the first shared campus primary schools in Craigmillar, the master plan of Greendykes North and South areas and various housing developments. As Development Manager, she is responsible in all aspects of property development, ensuring her projects perform in line with the company’s objectives and business plan.
Prior to joining EDI, Kuan worked for over 10 years in social housing development in Edinburgh and was involved in various interesting projects in Edinburgh’s Old Town including the Holyrood North Site Re-development, a highly commended master plan area, now adjoining the Scottish Parliament.
