Peter Watton is currently Estate Manager for Property Development within the Department of City Development of the City of Edinburgh Council where he has been employed since 1999.  A chartered surveyor with 18-years experience, he is responsible for all major property development transactions on behalf of the Council.  Peter is also a director on Waterfront Edinburgh Limited, a company set to deliver the regeneration of Granton waterfront and Shawfair Developments Limited, a joint venture set up to deliver the development of the South East Wedge.
